Studying for the CMA Exam

Hi everyone! Another of my new year's resolutions is to sit for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam. You've probably noticed that I haven't been by visiting or posting to my blog nearly as often as I used to. This is because I've been cutting back on stamping and blogging so I'll have more personal time to study for the CMA exam.

The CMA exam provides the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to improve decision making and enhance on the job performance as well as provide ongoing personal and professional growth in my field of work. Studying for the CMA exam is going to be very time consuming so I'll only be posting to my blog sporadically if at all during this time. I may drop in now and then but in case you don't see me for a while you'll know why!

Pail Of Flowers

Hi everyone! I've been wanting to create a card with this image for some time now. At first I was thinking to use a red and yellow color combination but once I started coloring it all seemed to end up red, LOL!

Ava Flower Patch

Hi everyone! One of my new year's resolutions is to work on finishing the inside of my cards. This is the first card where I've decorated the inside of the card to compliment the outside. Usually I just add a white liner on the inside with a simple sentiment stamped on it.  I'm usually adding the liner at the last minute and scrambling to get my cards in the mail on time so I thought to finish the entire card at once so it is all ready to go. Now all I have to do is sign the card and address the envelope.

Seeing Your Face

Bluebonnets

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a fabulous weekend! We drove down to Wabasha, MN yesterday to the National Eagle Center and spent the day viewing and learning about Bald Eagles. On the way back we checked out some of the viewing areas along the way and got to see lots of Bald Eagles in their natural habitat. The weather was absolutely perfect too, 60 degrees and sunny, talk about heaven!!!

As for today's card, the image is from the Bluebonnets digital stamp set by Doodle Pantry.  I'm entering this card in the Doodle Pantry Challenge #21 using a Doodle Pantry image and Whimsy Stamps Challenge #29 for having no sentiment.
