Flower Basket

Hi everyone! I've really missed creating cards with floral images and this one so reminds me of spring. I'm also loving this Thrift Shop Paper Pad so I'm sure you'll be seeing more of it. The image used on today's card is the Flower Basket digital stamp by Clear Dollar Stamps.

My card base is Dark Brown layered with White Cardstock then Still In Box Patterned Paper. The shadow layer is the back side of the same patterned paper layered on White then Dark Brown Cardstock. The image was printed on White Cardstock and colored in using copic markers. I paper pierced around the edge and layered it on Dark Brown. To embellish the card I added white lace, a blue button finished with DMC White and lots of chocolate pearls.

Thanks for stopping by... hope you have a purr-fect day!

This is so pretty Karen, it really does take the edge of this cold and wet weather we are having it brings a smile to my mind knowing spring followers winter......shouldn't be long hopefully now before the weather starts to change and judging by the flowers that are out it looks like spring has come early this year:)Sandra H
